Returns & Refunds policy
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. Liquids are non refundable.
Eligibility
We accept returns on unopened, sealed items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in the exact same condition as received.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@lashedbychar.com, or via instagram at _lashedbychar_ with your order number and photos of the issue. We will either arrange a replacement or full refund.
Please do not send items back without confirming with us first.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
EU customers have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving their order in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
